Delivery policy

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, items may carry a 7-14 day lead time. Stock that is readily available will be handed over to our courier company (Aramex) the following working day of your order confirmation and payment validation.

Aramex takes on average two working days for delivery to major centres and three working days for outlying or regional areas. Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order and that you are contactable during business hours so that if issues do arise you can be reached.

We will provide the couriers tracking number.

Returns / Refund Policy

​

We have a 14 day return policy. Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five (5) days of receipt. In such an instance, we will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price including delivery cost within 7 working days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payment Options

​

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, SnapScan or by bank transfer into our bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout in an seperate Email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

​

When you have been notified that your refund has been processed, please allow 48hrs for the funds to reflect in your bank account.

If you have not received a refund within the time frame given to you, first check your bank account again.

Collections

​

As we are only a small crafting business we do not have a showroom. All products are directly shipped from our premises. Should you wish to collect, please visit our collection option at check out or visit us at one of our events. Alternatively you can simply email  bohokidclothing@gmail.com for a prompt response.
